Pinggang yang pegal perlu peregangan (stretching) dan penguatan (strengthening). Peregangan seperti “pertolongan pertama”; tapi tidak boleh berhenti disitu. Kita perlu melatih dan memperkuat otot di sekitar pinggang bahkan otot pinggang / lower back itu sendiri secara teratur.

Inhale nafas masuk lewat hidung.. terus exhale hembus/keluar nafas apa melalui hidung atau mulut terbuka santai?
