Kita masih melanjutkan latihan stretching dan strengthening. Sekarang kita berfokus pada pelvic floor. Ketika kita duduk, pelvic floor adalah salah satu otot yang menopang posisi kita. Jika itu tidak stabil, maka duduk akan miring dan bisa membuat pinggang sakit.
