This 20 Minute Pilates workout will focus on your Abs, Obliques & Deep Core area using light dumbbells for an extra challenge! (use any weight that suits your capabilities & limitations).
This class has some intermediate exercises with options to regress so listen to your body, do your best & most importantly, enjoy yourself.
