Finally found the right workout routine that doesn't strain me so much but hits all the right spot. Note: I'm on my third day of period so no heavy bleeding. If you're on first or second day with intense flow of period happening, just do the first steps until cat/cow pose to relieve your pain. I did that on my second day period and it felt good!

I rarely ever comment on videos but I had just sat down for my workout and I was looking for something light since I’m on my period and the notification for this video came up. I’ve just recovered from hypothalamic amenorrhea and I’ve gotten really bad period cramps recently, this video is just what I’ve been needing. Tysm Maddie, sending love from Canada ❤️

I just did that on my first day of period because I wanted some sort of movement that isn't too intense for that time of the month and it was just perfect, my whole body says thank u! I would love to see more of slow workouts for period, maybe a little bit longer, like 20 or 30 min ... amazing workout :)

Maddie…this is exactly what I was looking for. I’m in my first trimester with my 4th baby. With every pregnancy I have struggled to find videos that weren’t to intense or just weird kegel pelvic floor stuff. My hips and legs ache and I’m nauseas most of the day. This video will get me through those days during my pregnancy that I just need to move my body, stretched out my hips and take some deep breaths. It literally hit all the right spots. I wanted a slow workout for the day before my period and you uploaded this video just at the right time when I didn't wanted nothing too hard or muscle-building oriented. And I never saw a PMS workout so it would be so great if you post more in the future, thank you for this amazing work !

Not PMSing but I am postpartum and most of these moves are awesome for a slow workout! So necessary to take it slow after pregnancy so I actually enjoyed this for that! Thank you for all you do :)

This workout has become part of my monthly routine, and it is a game changer! I've been having periods for 20 years now (hopefully about halfway done!)--the cramps aren't as bad as when I was younger, but I've been having a lot more hip and knee pain, and just general muscle soreness, in recent years. This workout has helped tons with that--it really helps me to stretch and relax those sore muscles, and get ready to start my day (and week)! Thank you!

I started working out years ago and created a playlist called "Workout" then a second "Strength+HIIT", then "Workout Routine", then "Madfit", and finally "The Staples"....... Because each playlist kept growing and growing (some had 50+ videos) and as my needs changed, so did the workouts. This one is going straight to "The Staples"! So far, it only has 15 videos (12/15 are MadFit vids!) :D

to everyone who did this work out I just wanna say whether you finished it or not I am so proud of you I just did this work out after finally telling myself to commit to trying to work out three times a week and I just started my period yesterday I didn’t work out that day and I felt so bad and beat myself up I felt pretty bad today and I wasn’t gonna work out at all because I couldn’t do all or nothing work out and I felt defeated but I did this and I feel so much better and this is still movement this is still be celebrated and I am proud of everyone again for doing this and clicking on this video❤

More of these workouts please! I'm aiming to align the types of workouts I do with my cycle in an attempt to balance my hormones. Each week of the month correlates with either a heightened or lowered period of hormones, and I'm trying to honor that.

I’m 49 and in peri menopause so I don’t really get a “period” anymore but somedays my energy levels are low and this was perfect! TY for making videos for all ages! I can’t do the high impact anymore! ❤ I enjoyed this!
