I highly recommend this yoga channel, how the teacher guides us, the pace, the different length for when you don't have plenty of time but you don't want to skip the daily yoga class that makes you feel good. It's the perfect channel and teacher to make yoga an everyday habit, easy. Namaste.

I recently just got over being very sick after a heart attack. And I've tried to slowly restart my exercise routine very cautiously lol, but I'm going to be honest. This was a little too much for me 😊😅 I'm almost tired just from doing this warm up and I still have to work out LMAO! Thank you for this video, I'm hoping to work up to this again soon, namaste.

Thank you for posting this video, it has helped a lot with my Jiu Jitsu, lifting and running, I had question about the Half happy Baby pose and the pigeon pose. In Jits the idea is try try and keep your back off the ground, it helps prevent stacking and passing specially in Spider, and Butterfly guard. is it okay if I keep my shoulders off the ground or should I lay flat?

Great video until the 15th min mark where it became way too static for my taste as a warm-up. But until then I really enjoyed it
