I am relatively new to Yoga with Kassandra..been loving starting every day with her and her positivity. This practice was amazing! I have a lot tight spots in my body that cause me issues and my hips flexors are one of them. I woke up and was drawn to this practice. Was just what I needed. I work as an LMT and often discuss stretching and mobility with clients. Kassandra, this was great. I have been dealing with complications of Long Covid for almost 2 years now. I started doing PT about 6 months in. My days are up and down as far as how much and what I can do, but this routine may be my ticket to helping my hips and hamstrings strengthen. They are so tight from all the sitting I had to do in the beginning of Long Covid, and even now when I have to sit for long periods of time to rest. Thank you for making this class ❤

Think this is week 3 of doing yoga with you. Think my left shoulder is a little hurt lol but my balance is slowly getting better. Started out with 10mins each morning. Did 20mins yesterday (cause i missed a morning). Think i'll start doing 15mins going forward and increase the sessions each week
