I am 66 and usually do your regular workouts but I enjoyed this one, followed Coach, and used heavier weights! Thank you for showing us older folks good ways to keep mobile and strong!

Looks like a good workout. Unfortunately I can't use weights as I drop them too easily. I love your resistance band workouts and wonder if you're uploading any new ones soon?
