I really enjoy his calm and easy going approach. It has helped me begin a daily Tai Chi practice. Praying he is safe after hurricane Helene.

I've did this routine this morning and now I've just finished the Tai Chi for tight shoulders and they were extremely similar. What makes the one for tight shoulders any different or are all the routines going to be similar ?

Each class is a little different but the videos with a similar theme such as flexibility may be similar. We offer a large variety of movements altogether so please try out some more classes and keep us posted on your progress. :)
