Thank you, Sophie! I love the music in this workout. Sometimes, the hyped music with fast beats makes me feel too stressed. But the music here was calming, but motivated me to keep going. It reminded me of driving-up-the-mountains-type-of-music 😊.

(Use traductor if you want to know what I saying) -- Lo ideal es que si, que cada grupo muscular se ejercite durante dos o tres series depende las repeticiones y peso, también depende los resultados que quieras a obtener. Haz el video dos veces mínimo y verás mejores resultados.
