Loved this HIIT workout, April! I just turned 68 Aug. 26 & I've begun to challenge myself more in my workouts. I did this workout with a 6lb. weighted vest & 4lb. dumbells. Talk about DEWY! THAT'S A WORKOUT! Thanks again, April & Aiko. 😅😅😘😘 BTW, I've added an auto incline treadmill to do my walks & sprints indoors.

Excellent work! As a young 68yo it's terrific you are challenging yourself to do more in your workouts! That's the way to keep your body strong! Using a weighted vest and dumbbells is definitely DEWY time and adding exercise equipment to your indoor routines is another big PLUS too! My my! Getting stronger are we? Just remember to give your muscles a day of rest to renew! They deserve TLC time! Keep up the good work and keep moving with us! See you soon! ❤️

I enjoy you two so much! I, as well really like the countdown clock with timer. Really gives a sense of accomplishment to me. I'm starting off (yesterday) with the 7 work outs, them coming to one of your other longer workouts. I'm never felt the endorphins, ever, but get a lot from you two ladies. Thank you!

I do enjoy the no repeats format because I love variety. I coupled this great routine with the HIIT #8 routine on your Playlist. I can say I had a really good workout today. The new routine had a few challenging parts but I'm up for them and know that, in time, they'll be easy peasy! Thanks to both of you for your "company." Anastasia

I loved this w/o ladies, thank you! I liked the constant reminders for both core and breathe, we all tend to forget that! April, I didn't know that grip strength was an important indicator of overall health. I have my hand exerciser kit so I'm very encouraged to hear that! God bless you both. I had a stroke a year and a half ago. I was lucky and can move everything. I had to quit smoking and gained weight. I told my doctor I started chair yoga with you two . Thank you soooo much . I usually quit exercising after a few days , I get bored or am just lazy. I have been doing your videos faithfully for weeks now. I just switch them up. ❤❤❤

Great video! I use your videos daily and have noticed consistent fluidity maintenance with everyday movements. No more recurring stiffness. But I am mindful of not to be cocky and overdo it, LOL. Woohoo!❤

Loved this workout! Towards the end, I could feel by heart beating & it seemed fast. My max was 144bpm. I'm 70 and it seems 150 should be my max, so considering what I was doing, I think 144 is good! Thanks for this total body, no repeat workout! I love being able to use weight along with cardio!

I really like the recent changes to the videos with the updated timer clock (different color for the longer break between sets), identifying the movements for the warmups, and the workout clock. 😁👍👏 These might be little things, but they are greatly appreciated. I have been struggling with left leg issues...long story, will not fill your comments section with the particulars. Due to the leg issues I have not been able to bike due to pain when bending my knee. Walking only gets me 8 minutes. Very frustrating. I just finished this routine and hallelujah! No Pain!! The exercises you provide throughout your channel give me hope that I can finally keep moving with no pain and hopefully shed pounds. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

I discovered you guys about 2 months ago. I work out with you two 5 times a week before work. I love you guys. The heat here in Florida ran me in the house because I normally walk in the morning before work.

I am a 63 year old woman. I found your channel on a Google search. I immediately subscribed and started working out to your videos daily. I love them!!! I had both of my hips replaced in 2021. I am scheduled for a knee replacement in February 2025. I noticed a huge improvement in my balance and flexibility. I am also losing weight and my blood pressure dropped to a normal range. I have shared your channel with my friends and hopefully they will subscribe and see the benefits of your video. ❤

I love exercising with the two of you and Mochi. My cat, Shadow, often joins me too. I am 81 and so when I feel like I can't go on, I take heart from the lovely AIko. And the relationship between you is so like mine with my daughter, though she doesn't exercise with me--lol BTW, in one of your videos I've done you do a move called the Arnold. I really liked it but don't know which video it was. Can you help??
