Loved this HIIT workout, April! I just turned 68 Aug. 26 & I've begun to challenge myself more in my workouts. I did this workout with a 6lb. weighted vest & 4lb. dumbells. Talk about DEWY! THAT'S A WORKOUT! Thanks again, April & Aiko. 😅😅😘😘 BTW, I've added an auto incline treadmill to do my walks & sprints indoors.

Excellent work! As a young 68yo it's terrific you are challenging yourself to do more in your workouts! That's the way to keep your body strong! Using a weighted vest and dumbbells is definitely DEWY time and adding exercise equipment to your indoor routines is another big PLUS too! My my! Getting stronger are we? I had a stroke a year and a half ago. I was lucky and can move everything. I had to quit smoking and gained weight. I told my doctor I started chair yoga with you two . Thank you soooo much . I usually quit exercising after a few days , I get bored or am just lazy. I have been doing your videos faithfully for weeks now. I just switch them up. ❤❤❤

Loved this workout! Towards the end, I could feel by heart beating & it seemed fast. My max was 144bpm. I'm 70 and it seems 150 should be my max, so considering what I was doing, I think 144 is good! Thanks for this total body, no repeat workout! I love being able to use weight along with cardio!

I have been struggling with left leg issues...long story, will not fill your comments section with the particulars. Due to the leg issues I have not been able to bike due to pain when bending my knee. Walking only gets me 8 minutes. Very frustrating. I just finished this routine and hallelujah! No Pain!! This is my favourite workout so far. I do it everyday. The reasons being there are multiple short bursts of exercises, it involves the whole body and there are short warm up and cool down sessions with it. 😍
