Love this been following for a while. Just found this much need exercise today. Both shoulders and hips were stiff and sore on this rainy day. It really helpedgoing in my playlist right now

WONDERFUL! I could not make the Skype live session last Sunday, but after doing this, I am going to find time later today to review it on the website. These are some of my favorite exercises. Only about 20 minutes and I feel GREAT! And happy! Thank you Kseny! 🤩

TY Kseny so much for this... I hurt my lower back and these shoulder and hip movements really helped🙏 ( and if I may, would like to offer just a little note re: English language - anatomy info... when we roll up we do it vertebrae by vertebrae... the whole back structure being the spine. it's not my intention to offend but simply inform). Again thank you for all the great work you do and share with us. You are a gift!

Hi kseny, i give the girls coat oil made by aviform which keeps their coats healthy. I just add it to their food. Hope that helps.😀🐶🐶

Is it normal for your hips to pop? When I was circling the leg for the hip mobility my right leg popped. It didn't really hurt, but is that just a tight ligament or tendon that makes that noise?
