Thanks for saving me from a downward spiral of depression and insomnia,i took so much time away from these workouts that i did every day through lockdown,saw one of your videos whilst looking for something to sit and watch on sofa half the day and it kickstarted my need for exercise both mentally and physically, you said we'd feel better after exercise if depressed and it has motivated me to continue,after 2 15min workouts to start i do feel a little better,no going back now,thanks Joe❤

That got my heart rate up as much as a normal hiit. This gave me some ideas of how to incorporate dumbbells into more moves in hiits, like running on the spot holding them, burpees etc. I used 2 sets of dumbbells and could probably use the heavier ones on a few more moves. Thanks for the fab workout Joe x

Thanks Joe for uploading this workout, I usually avoid the dumbell ones as really don't enjoy weights, however and surprisingly I enjoyed this!
