I notice that you lower part of the body you keep the same regimen/ routine which I love that. May I ask. How many days do you work out at the week??? I know some people work out 7 days straight. And how many days do you do upper / lower body out the week thanks

Currently I personally do 4-5 workouts a week which usually looks like this: 2-3 lower body days + 2 upper body days or 2 lower body days + 2 upper body days + a 30-45 min low intensity cardio session. There’s no right or wrong way to go about creating a workout split as long as you’re not overtraining and working towards your own personal goals at your own pace, though! 🙌🏼💕
