Wondering if you think your exercise routines strengthen our bones as well as our muscles? I really love your routines, I feel a lot of benefits from these small intense movements. Can we please invest in a 2nd microphone so both of you have them? I so enjoy your comments but want to hear the responses better. I’m not sure you realize how funny you are. Two more for Tom! 😂😂 yes we keep forgetting the other mic 🎤 we do have two. It is hard planning real classes and us both getting together to film content ! We like to think we are getting better. In regard to bone strengthening 100% this helps. The more resistance training (weight bearing)that put stress on the bones it results in better bone density. This is why we actively try to promote people to stand up doing the exercises and use resistance bands when you can.

If I just do this routine everyday. Instead of some of the elevated ones. Will it be enough & benefit me?

Yes I would recommend doing this until you find it not so challenging. Then move onto one of the harder videos. 👍💪
