I have been practising mindfulness through many forms of spiritual enlightenment in the past few years but yesterday brought a moment i feel to share. I was preparing to meditate to this yesterday and invited my 9 year old Son to join me. He has had a difficult few years with separation of his family home and is presently battling with his inner demons. Yet yesterday he embraced the invited to join me in meditation and did so amazingly. I am so proud of him and know that one day he will grow to be a pure, strong and balanced young man. Mummy loves you

I use your meditations every morning, I love them all but I've been building up to longer ones and now I'm at 20 minutes a day and this one is my favourite. Thank you for all that you both do. I appreciate it very much. 🙂

I was feeling so stressed out today, I’ve been listening to your recordings and I keep coming back! I just spent the last hour listening to your meditations. I had an incredible release of emotions, and when I was ready I came to this video and now I can feel an incredible sense of peace and warmth in my entire being. I enjoyed listening to the meditation however Two critiques: sacral chakra is orange light and is stated correctly in the mediation. The solar plexis is yellow light. It is first started as orange light and then started as yellow light as it goes further into the description of the elements of solar plexis chakra. This needs to be corrected. My need for meditation is to slow me down, relax me and bring ease, comfort and grace. For me, I find the visualization of speeding up the wheels distracting and counter to what I am looking for in a visualization and a meditation. What is the purpose of speeding a visualization up when looking to relax?

When I began, I felt like I was on a tilt-a-whirl. As I went through each center, the sensation became less and less until it was gone. Amazing!

Would like to see more of the chakra meditations and other motivation meditations that haven’t been posted recently, as I go from needing meditation to calm to meditations that motivate. For help in resuming more active interactive living as Covid eases, as opposed to the isolated slowed pace that COVID shutdown of life has gotten me into a slump over.

I love this meditation..have been doing this fior about 2 years now. Chakra balancing is key to relaxing..alignment..& helps me get back to sleep . Thank you.

I just did this because I'm about to go to work and I'm working with a really stressed out manager today, so I need relaxation and balance to be able to deal with the ready of my day, and I believe that this meditation helped greatly. Thank you for posting this amazing meditation.

These meditations are so beautiful. Her voice is so calming, it allows me to connect my conscious mind with the universe to relive all tension & anxiety. I’ve made it a habit to this everyday. This mesitation was amazing. I could clearly see my 3rd eye pulsating in my mind. It was amazing.... I could feel a slight vibration thru my body during this process and I coukd see the face of Jesus.... powerful

Hi from Aruba! I love your meditations. The chosen music, the text, the voice, the message… everything is powerful and greatly appreciated. But in this one I noticed an error. Somewhere between the second and third chakra the text is a bit mixed up. The location and colour of the third chakra are not right. It did throw me a bit off. But it is still a powerful meditation. Thanks a million!

Great meditation! There is only one mistake that interrupts the focus in my mind, she says that the 3rd chakra is also orange and I always get lost in that part😂

This was fantastic. I had some trouble with the visualization but once I sort of visualized small spheres of light spinning and then pulsing throughout my body via nerves, blood vessels, etc it was no problem. I will probably come back to this frequently. Thank you for posting! :)

Beautiful meditation. But I would like very much another version where you take more time between each centre. Sometimes it seems you hurry up too much from one centre to the other. Another version lasting 30 to 40 min would be great. Here when you reach the solar plexus chakra you begin by giving the wrong colour - orange you say. So I am asking if you could do another version of this kind of chakra meditation more elaborated and a bit longer. Thank you.
