i really enjoyed this mornings video. I liked your guidance on the vertical axis. That was very helpful and i could feel it as i was breathing and stretching. I also enjoyed the standing meditation at the end to gather and concentrate our Qi in the lower dantien! Have a fabulous day and thank you !

One of my regular - go to videos - love the squats. Couldn't do them at first but now I can. Working my way towards being able to do that thing where you can cross your legs and sit down and stand up without uncrossing them. Supposed to be a good indicator of your health and fitness into old age. 😊

thank you for this in such a difficult time. it's so important to do this now, but for me, it is more difficult to begin these, just when i need them. your gentle tone is helpful. good luck with your family matters

Love your videos. Am just starting. Do you have any quigong for low blood pressure?For example I can't come up from a low squat as I get dizzy. Much lovey

Hi Florenthyn, I'm glad you discovered Qigong and enjoy the variety of exercises. If you have low blood pressure, try to choose exercises that do not involve low squats or when your head is below your waist. Have you tried this routine? kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2O0qoOca653lck

I really enjoyed this combination of movements. There was just one area I had a problem adjusting my stance. No matter the position I tried I couldn’t keep my feet flat when doing the sun and moon salutation. Any advice I can’t seem to flatten my feet instead they are arched when in the lower prayer position.

Hi Sea, it usually happens due to shortening of connective tissues of the legs. Honour your body and what it can do today. Go to a position that allows you to keep the feet flat overtime you will regain your flexibility. Avoid pushing and applying force, qigong stretching exercises are a long term game
