It's quickly become a favourite and a daily go-to. You ladies are the best -- I absolutely love the variety and especially all your killer compound movements. I absolutely LOVE the format of this workout!! The consistently rapid fire rests are right up my alley, right along with the repeated sets that aren’t too long, nor too short. Excellent work, ladies!
