I've spent the past year losing the baby weight and gaining my strength back postpartum just through KZbin workouts, and I can't believe just found your channel this week! It's quickly become a favourite and a daily go-to. You ladies are the best -- I absolutely love the variety and especially all your killer compound movements. Also love the low impact options for when my knees feel cranky. Thank you!

I did join your website as a member, because you two are just stellar and are the first trainers I've come across on KZbin that I think are completely worth paying to join. I love the creativity and efficiency of your workouts!

I absolutely LOVE the format of this workout!! The consistently rapid fire rests are right up my alley, right along with the repeated sets that aren’t too long, nor too short. Excellent work, ladies!
