Somehow I survived to the very end but, that's likely because I have been using your other video workouts to build my endurance! It has been one hell of a journey (especially after two kids). I was able to do it! 🎉 needed to modify the push-ups the last two rounds, but still so happy with my progress over the last 18 months. Thanks for being a part of that journey! ❤

LOVED this wow!! The challenge format was something new & exciting; while the exercises themselves felt easy, it was a great way to work myself up to the faster pace to push myself. Can't wait to see more challenge videos!

How long have you been doing this ?

@@LAYETHEBAE 6 weeks. I do HIIT training 2x to 3x a week and weight training 2x a week. Don’t do HIIT training more than 3x a week. You use a lot of energy and every muscle. And try to keep your weights light for HIIT workouts and use heavier weights on weight training day. From what I understand HIIT training using weights helps get the heart rate up which is why it’s suggested to use lighter weights. I switch between 5lbs and 8 lbs. No more than 8lbs.

@@luckysportQuick for now ill just do hiit then work on leg days etc... I wanted to do this routine about 5x a week is it not recommended ? I'm new to the workout team so i could all the advice I can get. and also congrats to you for staying consistent

This may sound weird, but I truly mean it as a HIGH compliment to both of you: My children (8yo and 4yo) fricken LOVE you guys! Especially my son (4) who is absolutely obsessed with sports and athletics. They saw me watching one of your videos once and all I’ve heard over the last few days since is “Can you put on Juice and Toya? We want to exercise!” Thank you for your wonderful and easy to follow videos! I homeschool these two and I think I’m going to subscribe so that this can be part of their physical education program!❤ Congratulations on the engagement, btw, I look forward to hearing about your big day!🎊 And Juice, that proposal was epic, dude! This challenge helped me see how far I've come since doing your workouts these past few months. I was able to complete the challenge without any additional breaks. I love seeing improvements in my endurance and strength. I love working out, but I'm 47 and as I've gotten older, I've found it more challenging to lose body fat as I once did. I'm not seeing my body fat go down or the scale move as much as I would like, but I know I'm changing. My clothes fit better and I've lost a few inches. I have days where I get frustrated or feel sad because I'm not seeing changes as quickly as I would like, but I keep pushing and keep going because although slow, I know changes are happening. Thank you J+T for these workouts. Keep'em coming.

Simple moves and very doable, but effective, sweaty after 3rd round. Like how the videos are structured. Keep those hiit workouts coming please

i enjoyed this new workout style; have done this one twice now after a 20 minute dumbbell workout. i was able to keep up and complete the full set. its nice to know that when i first started i would have struggled to do 30 seconds worth of push ups, but now its not an issue.

Loved this workout! Got a great sweat in! Had to do a couple of the modifications towards the end, but I made it through the entire workout!!!

Liked this one.will be doing this again. Warming up & cool down included is ideal. I have a hard time assessing my cardio level but this gave a good indication of my cardio level/ endurance.

Almost kept up with you two! I know it’s a good one when I scream a little!🔥I haven’t been able to do a whole 30 seconds of full pushups. I had to switch to the modified about halfway through each set. Thank you for keeping your workouts challenging and fresh! 😊
