Just started working out with HIIT routines and this is by far my favorite. You have great energy but it’s not intimidating. Even a beginner like me can do it without feeling discouraged but still super challenged! I’m sweating bullets!! Haha thank you!! I just subscribed!

Your workouts are AMAZING! I needed to change up my workouts for more challenging ones. I love that you have effective workouts that are not necessarily 45-60 minutes (although those are great as well). When my son goes down for a nap, I might only have 20-30 minutes of freedom before he's at it again. This gets me working hard, sweating up a storm and breathing hard in the short amount of time I have. I love your motivation! Thank you so much!

I am almost 60 years old and am not able to go as heavy as I once did but I love incorporating your 20 min HIIT routines to my weekly schedule and I feel like they have made me stronger and improved my endurance . Thank you, it was what I was looking for, a short routine that works the whole body. These 20-minute routines are very effective for those women who are mothers and wives and do not have much time to exercise. In just 20 minutes I have worked my whole body, it has been very intense, but I am satisfied with the exercise I have done. Thank you and thank you very much.

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Just did this workout and I loved it. I tried doing the Hiit NO Equipment one posted on Nov.18th, 2018 but the sound cuts off about half way through. However, this one was very challenging and if I switch between moderated and full on I manage quite well. Merilyn Vancouver, BC

I did this workout a little over 3 weeks ago with 15s. Did it today after not working out for a few weeks because of C..used 10s and had to drop them halfway through 🥵 I have my work cut out for me, but so thankful to be able to move my body again!

I think this is my 3rd round of this amazing workout. It's a perfect benchmark for me while pregnant. At 33 weeks preggers I had some major mods, but I hope to come back to this at least once more!

I had every excuse in the book to not workout this morning then I heard your voice in my head… ‘20 minutes! You can do ANYTHING in 20 minutes, yes you can!’ I shuffled out of my slippers and into my trainers. Am so glad! No one can take that workout away from me now! 🙌

Whew!!! Still trying to catch mi breath!!! Lol.... stumbled on 1 of your other workouts & decided to try my hand w/this one! Did pretty good considering that I haven't done burpees in over a year! Not too shabby for this 60 yr old chickie!! Giving you much thanks!
