After doing many of Heather workouts I have to say this is probably my absolute favorite!! for several reasons... 1- The blend of strength and cardio 2- The high intensity/challenge that is quick but not so far that I don't want to repeat. 3- The variety and challenge of full body movements giving everything a chance to work in a short time frame. 4- 20 minutes perfect to pair with a run or walk/cardio. 5 - The music. I especially love Stormy Weather, can you include more alternative songs in your mixes? 6 - The fun factor, it's a fun confident boosting blend with enough repetition to improve your technique. Can you do more workouts like these, please please please?

I did this workout for 20 days followed by 10 mins abs workout and i can see muscle definition in my entire body. Definitely a challenging workout.

I've been doing T25 for months and completed the Gamma cycle 3 times. I thought I'd try something new today, so thought I'd try this, thinking it didn't look to hard... How wrong could I have been. What a killer of a workout. After the first round it was hitting me. I was so glad to see the words "Workout complete" at the end. If youre thinking of doing this workout, then do it. It's amazing. Thanks for putting it on here.

Mom of three kids and honestly most days I ONLY ever get 20 minutes, so this one is a game changer! I love how you keep it simple but effective. Many weeks I do this workout every day - but love the ability to use heavier dumbbells as my body adapts to keep up with the challenge without the need to change the workout! Genius!!! 🎉

Your workouts are perfect! I used to be in really good shape then I became a dental hygienist and chronic sitting and bad eating habits slowly took a toll on me. I have tried so many HIIT workouts and they were so intense I gave up halfway through. Your workouts are simple and not too intense that I want to give up. I made it the whole way through and am super sweaty. Slay on my friend!

I watched the video before doing the actual workout. I thought, "This should be fairly easy." It kicked my butt. I reduced the amount of weight each round. I love it! I'll be doing this one again and again. I really like the way Heather combines upper and lower body exercises. I was amazed at how much my shoulders felt his workout.

Goodness after the third set I can barely do the fourth one. After like a year of diet and just 20 min workout zumbas, I'm currently 2 months in doing an everyday little serious workouts and this is by far the most challenging. I never imagined I was that happy when I finally done it.

I’ve been doing this workout 2-3 times a week since July 2021 and 6 months later I see a difference, toned arms, shoulders back, buttocks, legs and waist! Love it really helped me build strength too!

This is a awesome routine to take it head on, modify the exercise to do with my current level and keep at it. Making sure to engage all those muscle's while doing the different exercises. Maximising the results as much as possible.

It's a great workout! My office building has a small gym with a studio. Classes are expensive so myself and a group of gals put it on the tv there and pump it up during our lunch hour. Lots of fun too!

The push up to push press combo definitely got the heart rate up and felt the burn. Substituted bent over flies and triceps kick backs for the last exercise due to a tweaked back. Also did the 6 minute ab workout after this workout. Feeling tired but great! Thanks heather! Keeping creating and we'll keep working!
