BUSY SCHEDULE?! This is the workout for you if you want to get strong and stay fit! Get ready for an AWESOME full body push!! This 20 minute resistance training workout incorporated compound exercises for a serious muscle building strength session! This workout may look innocent, but the burn is REAL!!
This workout is perfect if you need a short, but effective full body strength workout! We work it all in 20 minutes! We've got strength builders for your core, upper body, and lower body. This is a great at-home workout because you need minimal space and moderately heavy dumbells. Our goal in this workout is to build strong muscles and also get that full body definition! Get ready to get strong and feel awesome!
20 MINUTE FULL BODY RESISTANCE TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 45lbs / 4.5 - 20kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 50 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.

3 ROUNDS
3 EXERCISES PER ROUND
REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 2 TIMES THROUGH
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS

I struggle with the compound moves so I have to modify some of them and just focus on one exercise or the other, but I still got a great workout in 20 minutes! Awesome! Thank you!

No disrespect, I do have a genuine question. If we look to commit to this work out.. would it mean that we'd have your form? I'm sure with certain different exercises in between we can maintain your shape as a base if that's what we're looking for correct?

06/29/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, this was the perfect 20 minutes before a recovery day! So needed and BTW... those sumo sumo cleans; I almost dropped my 10lbs! Sooooooooooo had to go lighter for form, so I used 5lbs! Needless to stay, perfect 20 for when you're on the go-go-go! Thank you so much and looking forward to Saturday's workouts!

This workout was so intense, but so needed! I'm sweaty, my clothes are dripping, but I will probably do it again tomorrow. Loved the music too. Kayleigh, you outdid yourself with this one. Can't wait till Saturdays ride❤

Dripping sweat in 20 mins? Yup. And I’m so happy my five pound weights are put away for good. 15 pound weights for glute bridge and chest press. Thank you for making me go heavier. I never would have before. :)

WOW, some of the compound moves in this workout were really tough! Lunging and holding weights out in front of you...not to mention holding weights over your head while squatting. Topped it off with yesterdays standing abs. Loving SSS. Keep bringing the 🔥

Tried this last night also being on a cal deficit and eating high protein I’m not joking when I say that I can see a difference already in my stomach area which is what I’m trying to work on
