Looking to improve your focus for work or school? This 20 minute mindfulness practice that will help you increase your focused attention and concentration. This guided meditation practice will start you off by placing your attention on the breath for prolonged periods of time, while practicing bringing your attention back when it wanders or gets distracted.
Focus isn’t about effort. It’s about distractions and building the muscle of bringing attention back to the object at hand when it becomes distracted.

Especially towards the end I kept getting this feeling of 'waves' flowing through my face and head, it was really quite an odd experience
