Thank you as always, Joe. Really intense but a great way to shake the mental cobwebs. I find solace knowing that from your own struggles and this working for you, that you have designed your workouts knowing they will help others too. The world doesn't deserve your kindness and light, Joe (but we are appreciative nonetheless!).

That was on fire from the first second to the last. I burned 187 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male. Thank you!

Did this twice through yesterday-back to back and then 15min of India’s Abs. Swapped the bear push-ups for 4 pike press push-ups/8mountain climbers and the half burpee tucks for full burpee with jump. Epic as always

Oh Wow! that was hard and I am sweating and shaking with the effort! I suffer with plantar Fasciitis and this was a relatively low impact session and I adapted some of the exercises to low impact, but still my heart rate soared, so highly recommend. and the 45/15 really upped the ante!! Thanks for another great workout!

I am 56 the second half was getting very difficult and I missed a couple of exercises in each one but finished to the end.

So heavy on the legs! 😮😮 So much so that I swapped IN push-ups on the last exercise and I hate push-ups!! Rested 2 or 3 times. Heart rate really really high. This has to be 1of the toughest just because of the emphasis on the legs! 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

My fitbit charge 4 is a joke. Apparently 115bpm during the burpee tuckjumps, then 167bpm 20 seconds after finishing.

Mad workout! Had to stop halfway through the last exercise, my thighs literally would not let me jump. Restarted it a couple of mins later with full burpee tuckjumps. 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
