Awesome low impact workout! It was a different format than your usual and more about endurance with the no rest. Thanks Marischa for mixing it up and giving us another terrific low impact workout!

This workout was great! I really struggle to find the motivation to exercise everyday and everything I see on KZbin is so full on but this was the perfect pace

This is my fav routine on days when I am not doing HIIT. It's low impact but good enough to make me sweat a lot and reach moderate/high heart rate! Thanks for the great content

Thank you for the video. O am a beginner and I have appreciated this video. I can't make it yet through the whole thing. I'm only able to get to the 6 minute mark so far. But im gonna master this. Im not giving up. A little more day by day.
