Can we please take a moment and appreciate the fact that this man excercises and talks non stop and secondly he's an amazing trainer? He doesn't just point out how easy this workout is. He mentions we should pause whenever we need it and he keeps encouraging! Amazing person! So positive! Stay safe man!

I’m starting my weight loss journey, probably for the 1,000 time. It took me 3 days to get through whole video. I felt so encouraged throughout the whole video. When I finished my 30 mins I got so emotional because I made it! I started looking at other videos and it is truly my speed for my life style. Thanks for all the encouragement and for keeping it real!

That's great, but it might be a good idea to pinpoint why exactly you failed the precious 999 times and work on that. Otherwise you're likely to repeat it.

Tonight I was a bit depressed about having pcos and not being able to lose weight,I was about to go get some fast food and emotionally eat but I decided to exercise instead I don't regret my decision,thank you for being that motivation I cried with the end song and I feel great now.

I suffer from the same thing. I lost 30 lbs last year from becoming pescretarian, and got down to 200lbs. Then I got pregnant. And gained all 30 lbs back. I am stuck again, and can't find my rhythm again. Now I am a new mom and I have to care gor my baby and I have been so concerned about my health. I went to the doctor to have blood work done to check my thyroid and everything. It can be stressful. Don't beat yourself up!! You got this.

This feels sooooo good, and the coach is AMAZING !!!!! I'm 74 years old, and I normally play tennis 4 times a week in the summer, and badminton 4 times a week in the winter. Due to the Pandemic I can't do my normal sports, so when I discovered Body Project it was a gift sent from Heaven. I'm with you every day. Thank you so much for your instructions and the mental support. YOU ARE THE GREATEST.

I am 51 years old. I had a total hip replacement a few years ago and I am a 31 year kidney transplant patient. I was looking for low impact work out. Folks I did this work out at my speed! I burned over 200 calories. My goal is to lose 15 pounds. I want to stay healthy. Thank you very much. I am proud of myself and will do it again tomorrow.

I've been on a diet since February this year. been doing Body Project exercises since the beginning along with weight training and walking 4 times a week. and as of today I have lost almost 28 kilos. thank you, Daniel and everyone at Body Project, you guys are AWESOME! Bless you all

Thanks a lot for this workout! The fact that its low impact is amazing since I can do 20 of these in a week without getting sore. That's about 3600 calories or a pound in fat! Week 2: Lost 2 kilos so far, will be updating until I reach my goal. Week 3: Lost 2.6 kilos so far, minimal visible changes so far, but I know the massive changes are gonna happen on 15% bf and under Week 4/Month 1: Lost 3.6 kilos so far! Paid more attention to my diet this time since I was basically on maintenance last week. On a 500 calories deficit btw, excluding the extra 500 i burn per day doing this so basically a 1k deficit. Week 5: Lost 4.2 kilos so far. Week 6: 5 kilos down. Weight loss has been stagnating after a month. Kind of demotivating since i did way more this week than the first four weeks. Week 7: 4.8 kilos down, gained a couple this week. Week 8: 5.4 kilos down, looking visibly leaner (starting to feel my abs when flexing). Also just losing track of time and forgetting to update this. Week 9: Don't really know if its been 9 weeks since I've started, but its Monday so wtv. 5.6 kilos down, more visible abs. Week 10: 5.4 kilos down. ?????????????????? Week 11: 6 kilos down. Did 30 this week. Week 12: 7 kilos down, lets go baby!!! Week 13: 7.1 kilos down. Ill check again tomorrow since i weighed myself a few hours after waking up. Checked again the next day and I didn't lose any weight since last week. Week 14: 7.5 kilos down. Week 15: 6.9 kilos down, hahahaha. Week 16:7.7 kilos down. Week 17&18: Haven't lost anything in these two weeks, will be reducing more calories. Week 19: 7.8 kilos down. (Face looks leaner, stomach flatter.) Week 20: 8 kilos down. Week 21: Been forgetting to write down my progress, 8.3kg down..... progress has been hellishly stagnant. Week 22/23?: 8.7kg down, face has gotten alot leaner.

How I made it through this to the end was Daniel being honest about how he couldn’t do high impact and how much he was pushed in this workout. It was because of that and seeing you push through the struggle that got me to the end. Thank you for being so genuine and inspiring to those of us just starting on this journey!

I'm quite impressed with how easily I was able to do this workout and I can still walk 👍. From starting at 138kg and barely being able to walk for half an hour, to being able to play sport and move around quickly is an amazing feeling. 63kg down and maintained it for over a year 💪

When I first join team body project I was at 194 lbs six months later I now weight 147 🏋️‍♀️♥️ I do low impact twice a week and 3 days using body project HIIT with a little bit of weight training!! 🏋️‍♀️♥️ never felt so good 😁😁thanks to the team BP!♡♡♡♡

High impact means more like jumping or things that involve striking, where high intensity means higher heart rate and tougher work. A jumping jack is high impact because you take both feet off of the ground at once and jump. Hope this helps!

I started faithfully exercising with Body Project 3 weeks ago. I count calories, yoga and walk 2 miles. Somedays I do only one thing somedays 2 but I do something everyday. I love your workouts and the crew is great. Even though others don't see a visible change I feel amazing. I feel changes going on inside physically, mentally and even spiritually. With exercising and adopting better eating habits I am learning temperance. I am glad Body Project is on this journey with me. Thank you.

I MADE IT!!!!!! first it was 12 mins, then 15 minutes, and then 20 minutes. 3 weeks later, i made it to the end. i feel so accomplished!! cheers!!!!!

I've been doing this video for about 5 years and am 70 years old. After breast cancer surgery my physical therapist was so impressed with my range of motion she just told me to keep up with this! My health has improved doing these south. Thank you, Daniel!

I am an ex-triathlete with damaged knees due to horrific accident that left me in a wheelchair for several months last year. I appreciate the notion that we are all fortunate to be able to move as I did not for a very long time! I needed to find something to do during self quarantine to keep up with my recovery because gym is closed. Thanks for being down to earth and fun!!

It's endurance. I sometimes notice some workouts in these videos are slower paced and I find myself wanting to go faster but ut burns so much more at a slower pace like some of the squat workouts they do in some videos. Ooooooof the burn lol. But I love this channel

Weird comment but I like how it is not "perfect": you struggled with coordination a bit and the casual out of breath conversation, it really makes me feel like I am there with you. Perfect quick workout for when I don't have that much time during the day. It still gets your heart pumping. I was a sweaty mess after finishing it.

I've been doing this workout 4x a week for a month and my arms are getting so toned!! I like to redo the last part at the end so that it burns over 300 calories :) No other workout online gives me such a good sweat for so little stress on my joints. Thank you so much!

I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been doing these exercises the whole way through - obviously all the abdominal stuff and some things I've had to switch for something else but they are amazing! Admittedly I get to around the 15-17 minute mark and just march for another 3 mins now but I cannot thank you enough :-) !

Team Body Project will change your life!!! That sounds cheesy but it is totally true!! FORGET the fads, the insane gimmicks, the high impact, joint destroying workouts from inexperienced "influencers" and go for the REAL deal!!! Seriously, Daniel and the Body Project Team are here for ALL fitness levels AND ages. These workouts are the total game changer!!!!! I absolutely love every second of every TBP workout I have done!!!!!

Thank you Daniel and Alex for getting me back on track with my fitness goals. I started in the first week of April 2020 and to date I’m down 171/2 pounds. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. Hello Mrs Reena. WoW. The good Lord always answers prayers. I did this for the first time today. Joints. Yes I had chemo and radiation at age 50. Now 56 and in remission🙏🏼THIS IS GOING TO BE MY EVERYDAY WORK OUT. BUT in the mornings. I have tried several but still my joints take a beating. Here I am sweating in front of the Tv. Yet keeping up built up a sweat 😢thanks SO MUCH. GOD BLESS. just what works for me. I was an exercise fanatic until that C happened but GOD revealed and healed. Yes stop just once but I like the way you guys encourage and the intensity is good yet doesn’t hurt. What can I say I am Greatful🌟

Take away from this: We are all entitled to get tired snd slow down in the middle of our workout. Love how Dan and Tash stormed through even though they both fell silent and lessened their intensity. YOU GUYS ARE THE MVP!

When I first started Team Body Project o ex cercise i was at 72 kg. now i weight 63 kg. I feel so happy. I do low impact once a day from Monday to Friday.

I've never been able to finish a whole workout session without pauses cause i end up feeling soo bored with the workout and frustrated with the instructors.. I'd always end up cussing them out in the middle of my workout because all their talking was annoying me.. But you guys are soo fun to work out with! The instructors are great and the exercises are actually fun to do.. Soo seriously thank you you guys are amazing

I lost 28 lbs last summer (213lbs to 185lbs) just using three things: Running/Power-walking 5km, The Gym, and BODY PROJECT WORK OUTS! Daniel you guys are amazing, Your workouts are fun and I never feel bad after having done one! Your mantra of "If you're moving, you're winning" has inspired me to get through some really hard stuff and power on forwards! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that! Also this workout is probably the hardest and most fulfilling thing I've done recently! I'm training for a half marathon atm so that counts for a lot! Keep up the great work!

Started 27 days ago with a video from this channel, a low impact workout. Weight 75.4 kg Now just finished with this exercise (the 12th video from this channel I exercised to) and at 69.5 kg I did my calorie deficit (no fasting or keto, just cut the calories. Still ate my carbs from oatmeal.) and exercised at least 6x a week. 2x with resistance in the gym, 2-4 days with videos from this channel and other channels as well, and recently did HIIT to mix things up around. Feels good that I'm slowly getting my endurance back. My low weight before was like 60 kg and I was a lot stronger in lifting back then. Pandemic came, overeating too and ended up overweight. Still a lot of fat around my belly but slowly trimming it down.

This is by far my FAVORITE workout from you guys. I appreciate all of your low impact workouts, but I feel like this one takes the cake & I always circle back to it. It’s the perfect amount of intensity to where I’m sweating all over, but it’s still manageable and I don’t feel like I’m completely dying afterwards. As someone who’s only 29 years old but has extremely bad knees due to running for years, I am so thankful for your low impact cardio videos because I can still move my body in a way that feels good for me, without putting stress on my knees. Plus, Daniel, you are so unbelievably positive.. it makes me cry! Thank you. Just... thank you. ❤️🖤

@@fatimajahangir9073 I quit drinking as much soda and started drinking more water, quit eating so much fast food and started making homemade meals. I quit snacking after 8pm and instead I do yoga. And these workouts every morning gave me more energy to want to cook at home. I left the sugary crap at the store and started eating carrots when I felt snacky. I still eat the sugary stuff every once in a while but the sugar free popsicles help with those cravings most of the time.

I appreciate that this man is thin, fit, and not old, but he acknowledges the benefits of low impact workouts and says he has to do them because his knees are bad. My husband insists he wants to get back into running and I’m trying to get him to think differently about exercise and what exercises are good for the body.

I am injured (shoulder) and found this series of workouts as I look towards a home based fitness program for a few months - I've tried a few but The Body Project is so inspiring and feels safe (warm up and cool downs included). I'm able to adjust movements to accommodate my injury and I love seeing real people doing the workouts too. I am grateful to have this outlet to stay motivated and moving - thank you so much for making these workouts available!

yestarday I couldn't finish "low impact beginner workout". I've finished only 20min. and today I have finish this workout, all of it, WITH NO SINGLE PAUSE. I'm an absolute beginner, so it isnt easy at all to do so. But the feeling of doing this workout from start to end IS WORTH IT. Keep up the work guys :D

I can't say thank you enough to @thebodyproject. Every single day , I smash one of these out and to begin with I could barely walk or move. Today I did this for the first time , not knowing it was going to be SO tough and I did it without hitting pause !!!! I've lost almost 15kg since October last year and I have no intention of stopping there ! Thank you Daniel, thank you Alex , thank you everyone at body project ❤❤❤❤❤

Im 34 weeks pregnant and I started your workouts when I was 6 months pregnant. I can get through them pretty easily because i was doing them 3 times a week. I have my baby in 2 weeks so I do them 5 times a week now because I wont be able to exercise for a while do to surgery. Thank you for these simple yet challenging workouts. They are making my pregnant stress free and keeping me in shape.

Have to admit, I had to pause 3 times for at least 20 seconds each. Lovely bit of cardio and I feel great. Stats! F/31/5'3"/269.8lbs and I burned ~350 calories with this video!

I'm 66 and tried all those Hollywood workouts. BUT this guy just get me. I have acute fibromyalgia, arthritis etc all old people aches. But I can do this. BTW born and bred in Uganda East Africa where there is a clear line for the equator. You can jump from north to south

I express my complete sincere gratitude for this exercise. I'm a new mom but since my daughter was born I have done numerous workouts from KZbin and not seen much difference. But today I did this for the first time and was spent. At the end I cried when you said, "You need that support," and, "What a win." I saw a bit of difference when I tried veganism. But that difference wasn't enough. I only lost four pounds. And at 269 I am just so concerned. Thank you so much. I'll continue to do this, and will try your other ones. Also very kind words for the epidemic we are facing.

Day 65! Every two weeks I switch my body project videos. I keep going higher. As I lose weight and build muscle u change up. It keeps it exciting and keeps it from getting boring. I started this particular video yesterday and I'm loving it. I love all their videos. It's truly changed my life.

I usually do your beginners videos but having ran out of new ones I decided to try this intermediate workout video and I'm sooo proud of myself for completing it! It was hard but so worth it, I burned 400 calories!

I love how intense this is yet my knees and ankles feel completely natural without strain. I stand all day at work and can't to jumping exercises. This kind of workout is a godsend!

I started working out 5 days a week back in January 2020 I've done this particular workout 3 of those days most weeks. I've tried other workouts body project has posted, some I love some I feel are a bit too easy for my fitness level, this one's my favorite. When I'm don't feel like moving I can still do it, when I'm pumped up I go faster or add weights and get an awesome workout. I have beginning stages of arthritis in my hip, there were times in the beginning I had to take recovery days but I've built up the muscles in my legs now and I'm shocked at how mobile I've become. I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and more importantly I feel amazing.

Please, please, please make more videos just like this one. I do it every morning and evening. I like all the videos but this one combines all the routines at the end non stop to really make you sweat and work hard. I've even been doing ankle and wrist weights! I love it please do another!! I’m so proud of myself, I’m was so close to quitting the workout but I pushed through it😭 my weight is 248 lbs and my goal right now is to hit 199 and my make way down to 150. It’s not going to be easy but it’s going to be worth it❤️‍🔥

I really liked this! I'm 46 and starting to have some joint issues-I have to adjust my workouts and move away form the high impact HIIT that I love. I thought it was going to be super easy but I was sweating up a storm! Thanks for the great workouts!!!

I LOVE this. I love that the trainer actually says that he prefers to do low impact, I love that there's no mention of how this might make your body look (i.e. "flat belly," "slim things," w/e), I love that the way of pushing the viewer is through encouragement and not shaming!

So my wife and I (due to COVID) were looking for an alternative to the gym for a daily workout.... we happened to stumble on TEAM BODY PROJECT as we searched through KZbin. Since then, we try to workout for at least an hour 4 to 5 times a week. Thanks Daniel and Alex for the great workouts. I am respond to this particular workout because you ask if there is anywhere in the world that you can workout in the NORTHERN and SOUTHERN hemispheres at the same time "southern northern, southern northern....etc". That made me think of the African Safari we took to KENYA. As part of that trip, we went to a small town which had the EQUATOR running right through it. We actually stood right on the equator. Which got me thinking.... if I did this workout right there, I could do "southern northern, southern northern... etc". That should answer your question. And keep up the great work guys.
