This 20 minute Abs workout targets the lower abs, upper abs and obliques, giving you a well-rounded and toned midsection. The workout is designed with no planks, so it's perfect for those who want to mix up their routine or who may have difficulty with plank exercises.
The workout contains a series of lower abs exercises, such as flutter kicks and bicycle crunches, to target and strengthen the muscles in the lower abdominal region. These are complemented by upper abs exercises, such as reverse crunches, to tone and define the muscles in the upper abdominal region.
The obliques are also targeted with a variety of exercises, including side twists and side crunches to help tone and sculpt the waistline. Throughout the workout, you will be challenged with a variety of challenging yet effective movements to keep your muscles engaged and working hard.
By the end of the workout, you will have done a complete Ab workout that leaves you feeling strong and toned.
