Self love is a must! I am continuously learning and growing within also and I am 53. Sometimes we are not ready for change in life, yet. I believe that you were ready and that is when you found Sydney! Yay for us! Have a great week! I am self loving my body now and doing this stretch!

Didn't come here expecting to almost cry today haha. My job of 3 and a half years laid me off on Wednesday and I had to come home and tell my family I couldn't support them for a while. I missed the last 3 days of my workouts but through a good stretch day would help me re-center. Thanks Sydney for being more than just someone I workout with.

Totally restored! I skipped forward a few days to do this stretch because I don’t have a foam roller. It is so necessary to stretch. I pulled my left calve muscles doing the leg hop to squat move and now I’m feeling much better. Wow! Next time I may need to do the alternate exercise. Thanks Coach SC 🏃🏻💦🥦💥

Hi Sydney. I like that you encourage us and push us all the times, trying to really give it all but if talking compromises the exercises than I don't like it anymore as to me exercising needs to be done equally in both sides of the body. The stretching you did at 9'30" (the hip flexors/hamstrings) is not done in the same way between your left and right sides. I had to go back and watch it again in order to be the same on both sides. Sorry for the long rant but I really needed to tell you 😘
