I did this during summertime fine but I suddenly remembered it and thought to recommend this stretch to all my teachers. Let's see what happens!

I’ve been having some lower back issues this week, and this workout helped so much. Trying to do one daily. 🙌🏼This was a favorite.

My husband works a desk job and is very inflexible. I've gotten him to do your stretches with me here and there but never consistently. I'm happy to say that he has done this stretch video every day this week on his own! Thank you Sydney for these targeted videos!
