This exercise helps so much for round ligament pain I have done it several times!

Thank you, this is really great :) you’re definitely one of my top pre natal work out instructors. I like how you keep us focused and teach us what to pay attention to during the workouts to make sure we’re doing it right. I also don’t feel silly doing your workouts but instead I feel challenged and taken seriously as a viewer. Thank you!
