Wooooooo! This was the 1st proper strength session I did in my post-op recovery. 💪🏼🩺 It made me so happy. I subbed my 15lbs and 20lbs with 5lbs and 8lbs, and used a bench to help me modify. Having my daily session and hearing Kaleigh’s voice of encouragement made me feel like there was light at the end of this struggle. This was a great challenge for where I am at and made me feel like myself again. I am proud that I did this with reasonable modifications. Thank you for the hopeful light in my day!
