Thank you for being so real and creative I n your workouts! I started with the beginner upper and lower body Jan 10 with just 5lb weights. This week I completed this workout twice, AND bumped myself up to 8 and 12lb. I’ve never stuck with anything this long and can now do actual squats randomly throughout the day (and I do because it’s just so encouraging!)
