Loved this format! I'll be 60 in April and I have been working out with you consistently for a year and I am finally seeing some results in my arms. Yaay! I can't get over how hard it is to define your arms. Blows me away. Thank you for keeping me consistent!

I am getting so excited to be able to do at least a few push ups on my toes! That is one of my biggest struggles and I can tell that I am getting stronger! I can't wait until the day I look back at this journey after doing a full set on my toes!!!!

Thank you for being so real and creative I n your workouts! I started with the beginner upper and lower body Jan 10 with just 5lb weights. This week I completed this workout twice, AND bumped myself up to 8 and 12lb. I’ve never stuck with anything this long and can now do actual squats randomly throughout the day (and I do because it’s just so encouraging!)

First strength work out after a bad burn on my palm. It's been a long 2 weeks but the blister has finally reabsorbed and I can cautiously exercise! What a great workout to return to!

Hello Miss Kaleigh, I have successfully watched like 27 of your videos and I have picked the most perfect leg day workout for me🥹 Thanks! But this is a request please I have a broad and manly shoulders which im greatly insecure about but I want to tone them down( I would love to workout with them too) most of the exercises you shared looks like they will make them appear stronger and even more manly Can you make a workout for full body yet doesn't focus on shoulders bulking? I was doing upper body and arms every other day and I’ve hurt my shoulder. I’m babying it so when it heals should I only do it every third day or just a couple times a week I don’t wanna lose my definition.
