Thank you a lot for this really beginners friendly Yoga, i tired different videos from others and they were rather fast and you already needed so much flexibility to do them. Dearest Charlie, I thought this would be useful for all those who have issues like mine… first of all I thank you for the wonderful work you’ve done so far… I am your faithful follower. I started my yoga journey with you about 2 years ago and God I have gone so far learning step by step guided by your peaceful voice. Then I had health issues complicated but a state called fibromyalgia. Everything changed I could hardly move. I started to get used to my condition and 2 days ago tried to restart all over. I feel less than a beginner nevertheless with the 10 min stretch sequence I felt so good that I have been digging in your playlists and came across this class!!! I had never tried it before. I have no words to thank you!!! Besides wrists soreness and warm muscles I felt my muscles remembering what they used to do and I could go until then end!! (Bubbling though, well it’s fine as you say). All who have similar issues, please try this one you won’t regret!!! I will master it for a while and then go through this playlist. I used to opt for new classes but this is AMAZING!!! Thank you so much 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Much love. Keep up the good work!! Stay well. Thank you!

I’m not sure if you know but I put out a weekly practice schedule (you can find it in my playlist section) which a lot of people make use of who like to have structure and not find a new class every day. Maybe this will help you too x

I was a solid intermediate yoggie then had abdominal surgery. It’s been about 8 weeks since I’ve done any yoga, this was very humbling. I’ve lost a lot of flexibility and strength. The most difficult was the lunge with trying to raise my arms overhead 😅

Ive recently subscribed to your channel and thoroughly enjoyed this first class. The slow flow guided by your lovely calm voice made for a rejuvenating and relaxing practice. Worked up a sweat too..thanks a ton. Please do warm up videos and a pranayama series too. You are an excellent teacher❤
