It might be a good idea to start tool boxes for your kids for when they move out on their own. We did this with my son and daughter and they loved fixing things around our house and working on the cars.

The time you spent with your son was worth it alone but seeing Abigail whizzing by on her new set of wheels was a smile and a half. Every adventure is just that and they all are interesting and love to be invited along ...I am also glad you took and even wore gloves and did not get as an acute and startling stash of stuff this time and I feel better about that ,,too. All you do is usually centered for all the right reasons and that is always priceless . Thank you for sharing and giving others a chance to now get something they otherwise may not have gotten .

It was hard to tell since you didn't show them that well but those wooden chairs could possibly be Adirondack, very common here around South Carolina beaches/lakes, depending on the quality and what you want to invest on refurbishing them they could be worth around 150 USD each if not more.

I watch another channel thats buys and resells storage units they bid on. They also give clothing to charity, towles and linens to animal shelters! They did so well over a three year span, they bought a five bedroom, 3 bath, full basement, two car garage off profits! WOW, talk about being Blessed!
