2013 Kia Sorento Brakes

Hey man love the vids just a quick question I have the same model and I’m at 79k miles are there any major problems you have had with this Kia?

Nothing too major. Replaced a noisy pulley (video on that too). I just had to replace the automatic transmission oil temp switch. It was a pistol because I had to loosen the front motor mounts and jack the engine up a few inches. The Kia tech info site didn’t mention that. Several of the bolts on the cover are very hard to reach. I had to do it by feel. The code was P0711. Oh, it is a permanent code that a scanner won’t erase. News to me. Basically, it is so people don’t cheat with some types of repairs. After it runs a few drive cycles and the computer is happy it will clear.

TOM2RN I’m replacing my pulley on Monday but other than that it’s running pretty smooth
