Jabo, thank you for posting this video. I would not have known that the charge pipe could have been removed in one piece if I had not seen you do that on this video. I did not have to remove my intercooler to replace the charge pipe. This job took me right at 4 hours, which was a lot more than I had anticipated. I am confident that it would have taken much longer if I had not found your video. Finally, the vacuum connection on top of the charge pipe tube will not be there for cars that have a manual transmission.

Hey Jabo, i upgraded my charge pipe today but could not get that damn safety clip (the black peice) back onto the ring where the intercooler is. You think just the ring will be sufficient? Aluminum charge pipe so not like there will be much wiggle room or space to blow off especially with the ring clipped in right?

You need the safety clip. I believe I show how to remove it in the video
