Definitely need one of these in the states! Some reason I see more CCS chargers than I see Tesla superchargers

Yes allot of people update here in the UK too. CCS all the way by the looks of it. Its also a much smaller adapter compared to the massive CHADAMO adapter.

@@Andre-Mostert I'm itching to buy a used model S right now(so much cheaper and better than the 3 in my opinion). I'm done with my B250e the warranty finally ran out a few months ago right after I got the Model 3 sourced motor replaced. If you are keen to check there's a sort of recall on Model 3 motors due to a coolant leak.

@@roodick85 I will check this out. I bought my Model 3 under Tesla Hire purchase so if there is anything wrong they need to fix it. Its their car I am just driving it hehe. The Model S for us is such a great car and the boot is so much better than the layout of the Model 3. But then the Model 3 is smaller and feel much more nippy to drive. It difficult to compare the two as the Model 3 is more a 3 Series BMW where the Model S is more the 5/7 Series BMW size. The Model S do hold value if you can find a new face lifted one. I have the 75 RWD and not had any problems with winter driving. I do have all weather tyres on that makes a big difference for when the roads get cold and icy. Its just a very easy car to live with. Keep well and shout if you have any further question.

Hi, How long does it takes to fully super charge the model s compared to model 3?
@Andre-Mostert2 жыл бұрын
So the Model S that I have is the older 75kW pack and can only really go up to a max speed of about 120kWh at the superchargers. I would also not suggest to charge to 100% as it slows down allot after 80%. The Model 3 and Model Y has the latest packs and they can charge at way higher speeds and also maintain it for longer. But again the rule applies to move on when you get to 80%. I would say about 30min for a charge from 20% to about 80%. This is now in idea weather and SC speed. If you want to charge to full then best to go to a fast charger and just let it fill up the last 20%. Most of my charging happens at night and I set the limit to 80% for day to day trips. I only charge to full if I am doing a long trip. Hope this helps and shout if there are any other questions.
