I brought 1 home in Jan & m enjoying every min on it. This is a pc of fun machine & comfortable enough for route trips. Put on a pair of panniers & will be be off to Golden Triangle in 8 weeks time, going to do 2-up 6000~7000km. Both the front & rear suspension is fully adjustable to suit your weight & riding style. Spend sometimes setting it up & you will love it. Btw this bike kind of reminds me of my old, trustworthy & fun 2002 Yamaha TDM 900.

I own this bike as well. I really like it but the suspension is it's weak point if you ride aggressively. It is not "fully" adjustable, both front and rear have only preload and rebound damping adjustments. The lack of compression damping is an issue but nothing upgraded suspension can't fix. I imagine after the suspension is upgraded this will be an even more excellent bike.

Nice review, I purchased one recently and it's a great bike to ride. Replaced the stock pipes with a set of slip on Akrapovics, sounds even better and you loose a heap of weight,

What did you pay for the dual akrapovics? I've seen them advertised for as much as 1500

Upgrade to akr exhaust save my live and pedestrians many times probably. You don't have to speed it so much to have fun. What is disappointing model 750 from 2015 when traveling at 50mph speedo google gps shows 40. Does any one have any idea if this affect the mileage as well?

I've been watching lots of reviews and researching everything motorcycle related lately. I've never owned a motorcycle, just tooled around on some friends and family's dirt bikes when I was a kid. I've got me a truck, a trailer, and soon a house. So I'm kinda looking at maybe getting a bike next year. So far after watching reviews for just about every bike out there. The Aprillia Shiver 900, BMW f800r, and Suzuki SV650 sound like they'll be up my alley. I want something with some grunt, that'll be fun for my first road bike, but won't try to rip my face off like a liter bike. I love powerful vehicles, but I want to garner some experience before I go for a super sport bike. I don't know what it is about the Aprillia, but I look at other bikes out there and keep coming back to it. It just looks so good, and sounds good too. That new paint theme for 2019 also looks good.

Great vid, sound sucks, you should filter the sound and reduce the bass echo.

I love this bike but I live 2 hours away from the closest dealer.

You live 2hrs away from a dealer .... If you want one you'd travel to the end of the earth to get one. In europe we get night trains to anywhere to grab a bargain of what we want . In fact a bike I want at the moment is a five hour drive away .....in another country. 2 hrs takes me longer than that to get to the office . Maybe someone will deliver one to your door .

@@janschkeuditz6065 No if the dealer of a bike I want is two hours away I don’t consider it. The bikes location is irrelevant. I can have a bike shipped from anywhere. If the DEALER it’s-self is too far then I don’t bother. I have an 8 month old with a busier schedule than I did two years ago when I made this comment. I don’t have time to service a bike with a dealer that’s 2 hours away, 1 way. That would be stupid.
@janschkeuditz60653 жыл бұрын
@@SickBikeDude " If the dealer of a bike I want is 2 hrs away ,I don't consider it " " the bikes location is irrelevant " does that actually make sense to you ? Obviously you liked it and considered it. If your that keen for manufacturers servicing ,you could make a day of it . Or get it serviced locally ,it is hardly a giant service on a new machine. So why not just look for a dealer 5 mins away ,say , Royal Enfield . Stupid original comment and even more stupid reply .Sorry ,

Parece que has experimentado el típico tratamiento italiano. Jaja. Es casi lo mismo en Norte America con todos productos de Piaggio.
