FYI, The CarPlay on the Kia K5 works wirelessly as well on the wireless charger, so there’s no need for wired for the CarPlay to work.

CarPlay does take up the entire screen, at least on my ‘22 gt-line

My k5 has a button on the drivers side on the bottom of the center console that looks like a power button but idk what it does and mine is a rental bc my 2014 kia sorento is getting an engine change could you please do a video or tell me what urs does if u have it??

If your car is parked between two cars, you can have the car back up with your remote by pressing the lock button 3 times and holding it down the 4th time. It makes it easy to get in because sometimes people park too close to the car which makes it hard to open the door all the way to get in.
