Trx is just something else you can’t mess with it. Doge all the way. The v8 defender is a whole different car than the smaller one. But the Trx is so heavy which makes it a bit harder race for the Trx and the defender is a bit less.

The V8 Defender is great, but I'd think twice about anything off the pavement with the larger wheels/thinner tires. I like the smaller wheels for versatility sake, but you can't get the larger brakes with them. Still a great vehicle with the HSE version. What has been your collected experiences regarding reliability now that it's been out for a few years?

Please if you decided to bring the Jeep 392 which you have mentioned that you will bring a car that not supercharged against V8 Defender, make sure to press “OFF Road Plus” mode on jeep 392 to avoid delay shifting that will effect the racing 1/4 miles by using manual shifting. Just put on regular Drive mode and press “OFF Road Plus” it will shift automatically faster then manual shifting. If you are not comfortable with traction control OFF, you can turn it ON while using it “.

I go to the race track where I live, 1/8 mile, last summer 2 TRX,s raced, time 7.1 both of them, fast. My friends 2018 Raptor, tuned, K&N Cold Air Intake, does 8.4 in the 1/8 the of the mile, with half the engine of the TRX. Wait until Ford comes out with the 5.2 L Supercharged in the Raptor this yr, it will eat the TRX, also GM is going to put a 6.2 L Supercharged in there GMC AT4X, then there will be compitition.
