Awesome truck… I have always preferred the night edition version of the Ram 1500 trucks. Unfortunately it is priced out of reach for most people. In my mind it’s crossing the line of being financially irresponsible paying this much for a vehicle. Perhaps if you are a business owner and can use tax breaks it max more sense. Just for perspective I would be a target consumer for Ram with this truck… I just can’t stomach paying that much for a vehicle! $70k+ for a 1500 truck is crazy!!!! The depreciation on a truck like this must be substantial. Early this year I bought a used 2020 full size truck (3 years old with 36k miles)… MSRP for this truck is $60k+… I paid just under $38k…. So in 3 years and 36k miles the vehicle depreciated just under 37%!!!! Crazy to think about right? So if the same depreciation rate applies this Ram truck ($70k MSRP) would be valued at approx $44k in 3 years 36k miles… Even if it was worth $50k are you willing to accept $20k I’m depreciation? We haven’t even talked about interest rates…. 😜

Just got this truck, I love it! Price is definitely insane, but this is the price we’re forced to pay given the current climate. It’s unfortunate and I’m definitely gonna lose money long term on it, but it was a car I wanted.

Crazy. I bought a Big Horn built to serve edition. Same motor. Exterior looks very similar and I have very unique interior. Mine is just as nice and I paid $54k.

Just got a 2024 bighorn lonestar with the level b equipment group, bed utility group, protection group, and other random options this particular Laramie was missing, but I didn’t get leather seats (so tired of burning the back of my legs in summer) or a sunroof for $52k ($64k minus $12k in offers and rebates). I always look in late December / early January when vehicles are cheaper

Paid $52K for a new Laramie in 2021. This is the same exact truck. For a lot more money.Have an F150 now and while its not a whole less money at least the Powertrain in the Ford is not the same engine from 2009.

I bought a brand new 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4X4 back in Oct of 2006. Sticker price was 35K - Still have the sticker in the glovebox. The one I'm looking at now is the Rebel Crew Cab 4X4 (Night Edition and completely loaded) Sticker is 82,770.00 Talk about sticker shock, of course thats 17 years ago but still

Yeah this truck is priced too high my parents paid 42k for there 5 gen 2019 Ram big horn in 2018 when they first started hitting the dealers and they have the Ram Led package and everything too so for this 2024 ram to be 74k let’s say almost 80k after taxes and that that would’ve been 2 big horns back in 2018 😂

Love the Ram and am happy that they are finally redesigning the front and rear for 2025, but 2 other things I want Ram to do is 1, either give us the ecodiesel back or make the hurricane i6 turbo an option which I think they will do, and 2 for the 1500 and gas HD trucks, get rid of the rotary shifter and either give us a regular shifter like Ford or a column shifter

its a nice 25 thousand dollar truck from 2006 with a center console from a tesla glued in the middle I'll give it that, but all Stelantis Products are way too overpriced and underbuilt, like they own alfa, maserati and the like, and jesus chrst you can really tell once you get that bit of information and for that price I'd go back in time, buy an old 360, fix that up, throw in a modern radio, ignition and do some dynomat and still have about 50 grand left over

That outdated mentality that you need 17-inch wheels on a full size truck in order to obtain a decent ride quality is outdated by at least a decade or 2. You’re only showing your damn age. These manufacturers have been driving these trucks longer than you have been able to afford them.
