Loved this workout. I didn't think I would work up a sweat doing this but I really did. Its nice that you did the whole workout for 4 rounds rather than once and say do it another 3x which was a motivator to complete it. Also love the way you put in a beep at 15 seconds so we know we are already there. Thank you so much.

Hello, I am starting again at 62 after breast cancer treatment!! I packed on the kgs and have to loose 15 - 20kgs. Just couldnt get started. Ive never carried extra weight before. I just did one of your 30min workouts and although I did about half as many reps as you did, I FEEL GREAT!! I am well inspired by you and your partner. Your workouts are concentrated and achievable and every 2 weeks I will add a new workout to add on. I have to be careful not to overdo it!! although I dont think there is any real threat of that right now. Seriously, I cannot thank you enough for putting these workouts up for free!!! Your approach is gracious and inspiring and the pace is great for any level. If there was a bigger word than 'Thankyou', I would use it right now. Question - should I do a morning and evening workout or stick with one for the first couple of weeks? Love to get your advice. Oh, and I am in remission!!! YYiiipppeee!!!

2025 Day 1 - done Day 2 - done (idk why but today it was harder ) Day 3 - done (still getting acquainted) Day 4- done (today was good ) Rest for the weekend Day 5 - done (im getting there ) Day -6 successfully completed the scissor kick leg raises without breaks 😭 i found them impossible to complete before Missed Day -7 (will compensate on a weekend day) Day -8 done !! Day -9 done Day -10 done Day -11 ( i was sloppy as i didnt wanna do it, but glad i showed up) Day -12 (went to college after winter break and my friends told me i look leaner !!!) Day -13 done (all my friends are still telling me i look skinnier) Day -14 done ! (I have gotten so accustomed now that not doing the workout has me feeling incomplete ) Day -15 (can’t believe its the 3rd week , im seeing results!) Day -16 done Day-17 done (incorporated one more exercise to these) Day-18 done (can do all of them perfectly at this point ) Day-19 done (was a bit sloppy today but glad i showed up) Day -20 done ! Day -21 done! Day-22 done (almost missed today but glad i did it) At this point my pants are lose by the waist hehe Day 23- showed up ! Missed a day Weekend rest Day 24- showed up ; feels good Day 25 - done

These exercises are exactly what I needed! I added some ankle weights to intensify the workout and I'm completely gassed by the end. I know it's working because my daughter hugged me three days ago and said "You're skinnier than before" 😍😍😍

I wanna ask something.....lower abs workout works also for pouch fat at the lower belly ( kind of bloating ) , whenever I do lower abs workout my tummy looks almost flat but that lower belly looks the same and I am working out for more than 8 months now but nothing has changed....why ?

Great targeted workouts. I can feel the burn in necessary areas. Also your vids are really well organized with the sounds. We can tell when it starts, when halfway and when ended, begin and end of breaks. Because i do the exercises often enough and learn the order, I don’t even have to worry about looking at the screen to know when to start/stop each exercise because the vid is so perfectly timed. Thanks a million for putting such thought and effort into your vids 😊

I preferred this rather than other ab workouts on this platform. The tempo, breaks in between to catch your breath, and beeps were literally everything I needed. It’s hard to get right into working on core when its too intense. This had the perfect rhythm to get me back into being consistent.

I started today, tomorrow will start a arms/upper body slimming workout both with my regular but boring alone cycling in the spinning bycicle y have at home....so about how the waist go, i’ll update here after 20 days since i loved the workout (abs....push ups are my fab workouts) and i’ll do this trio daily as i’m used to to workout a lot. Best exercises and sweetest instructor 💖

I love that every single one of these hits differently and I am loving that I can do them all - as if the body was made to move that way but still burns. I love that your workouts are cyclical and I love the previews that allow us to get in position. I probably over use the word "best" but you ARE the best!!

Omg I’ve been looking for a workout video like this! With workouts that have helped me previously and you show what each move does to what part of your body! I love fluctuating between size 7 and size 10 but sadly a few years I let myself get to size 15 😱😱 and I finally had my wake up call when I saw a picture of myself from a family photo. Yes I've been loving and sharing these workouts! It's no longer hot girl summer! It's hot girl 4 life! I'm a mom of 4 and in the past year it seemed like 15 lbs came out of nowhere. That was super intense. I had to extend my breaks between exercises and, at times, added additional breaks by pausing the video before resuming the exercise. Great workout & thanks!

good routine and workout video. Easy to follow. I think the one thing people tend to forget about abdominals is they need to keep contracting. It's not enough to just move the lower body, you have to activate the abs like every other muscle needs to be activated on the body. Good video!

Someone suggested adding weight to my ankles and so I did that and baby, I’ve done this several times! It was all fun and game with the weights until this hollow holds. Whew Chile! I love it here, lol.

Just have to say this is my second day and I felt my abs from yesterday before I did it for the second time today and wow I knew I was in for a burn. Well I am BURNIN right now and it feels so gooooood!! I am so happy you came out with this video. I can seriously tell this is gonna be a keeper and get me to where I plan to be. Then I can start working on my legs and arms. Thank you lots. Love this one.

@@winterbunny235 Wasn’t doing for all three months. Started again a month ago or more. Can’t say that you will have huge result. However, with calorie deficit and workouts my waist is getting smaller.
