I really appreciate that any ads play during the rest periods so that they don't disrupt the "flow" of the routine. A lot of workout channels don't think about stuff like that.

I've been doing these videos for a year. Last year, I was 174, and my goal was to get down to 140. I got down to 138, and now I want to build muscle and try to flatten my stomach more

I have recently discovered this channel! I have been on a weight loss journey for the past couple of months! I've gone down around 40+ pounds now, and adding this into my daily routine has helped me to continue losing weight at a steady pace! after any other workout channels i don't feel like doing workout but after watching roberta's workout channels it makes me feel like doing all the workouts easily and yeah i still watch this channel's workout videos which are 2 years old from now you're great roberta thank you so much

Day 1 - loved it ❤️ Day 2- completed 💯 Day 3 - did some rest and 10 mins yoga Day 4- done ✅ did this in afternoon because I had my morning classes . Remember, no excuses ❤

That's what I was looking for😅No repeats amazing exercises Day 1 ✅ 03/12/24 Day 2✅ 04/12/24 Day 3✅ 05/12/24 ( Instead of last two exercises I did 30 jumping jacks.) Day 4✅ 10/12/24 Did this till windmil + 50 jumping jacks Day 5🤐 Tried another Video but soon realized that's not for me so I'll back tomorrow with this exercises again Day 6✅ 12/12/24 Did this till victory squat(except body rotations & lunges)+ 40 jumping jacks+ 70 running in place

I will do this exercise for 1 month straight. Current weight: 133lb Day 1: it's exhausted but it's not difficult for me. I want to see this exercise really effectively or not. I completed day 1. ✅

Okay, i have started this workout from today! Currently I weigh 65.1 kgs and Im planning to do this for 2 weeks and i would like to share my results! ❤ Day 1:- 64.6 kgs! I think this is a very good start🤩🥳 Day 2:- i couldn't do the workout yesterday so my weight increased to 65.8 kgs😖🥺 and after i done the workout it became to 65.1 kgs 🤩 Day 3:- Today i couldn't find any change in my kgs its still 65.1kgs☹️ ..i hope it will decrease soon! 🤧🙂

Hello, Windows Tuber! I don't really have a workout plan to recommend. We do have followers who do different exercises everyday, some who do the same workout until they see results. Personally, I suggest that you do the same workout for a week just to see what results it's going to yield and then try a variety of exercises the following week. But then again, you should still be the one to decide which works best for you. I hope this helps :) Good luck and let me know how it goes!💪

I used to work out regularly and was quite fit despite my lung condition, but after I had covid , my stamina drastically reduced, cant continue physical activity for more than few secs. your video appealed to me due to ample rest times in between. However to begin with I have started most exercises for half the count in the video. intend to increase them to full count in a fortnight. will report back then.

Hiii i am doing exercises from your channel from past 1 week My upper body is well in shape but from waist till lower, it's bulky n i want to reduce it any how, m doing morning walk 45mins n 16hours fasting and your exercises I hope all this will help me out Please help me with more tips My weight is 75kgs now n my height is 164cms Waiting for your kind n helpful reply Thankyou ❤
