I have lost a very very stubborn 3 kgs in a month with Roberta after doing her video exercises daily before breakfast. I have knee osteoarthritis and it's been difficult to lose weight ever since. Updates its been 2 weeks of me doing this. ;Brethren, this is a testimony. Im feeling healthwise good and my bones have strength from the stretching. Previously i couldnt go jogging without constantly stopping. Today 4th day of 5.2km jogging without having to stop on the way. My waist line continues to be small. I try to eat healthier as i dont follow any diet. I cook often and avoid processed sugar as much as i can. My skin is giving 😊. My work causes back and joint pains but for now that is history. Im so grateful. My birthday is this month 24th and i want to have attained my desired waistline. Thank you Roberta ,God bless you

Doing this for a month ❤ Day 1: feeling SUPER tired but fine 🎉 Day 2: feeling strong and better! Can already see the mucles building!!❤ Day 3: feeling AMAZING! It might be a little progress at a time, but i can defenitely already see resaults! Its getting less and less tiring and painful ❤ Day 4: feeling a bit Tired but definitely worth it! Starting to enjoy these 😊 Day 5: had a long day, came home did this workout, feeling 10 times better !🥳 Day 6: feeling goood and after this i did a butt workout! Day 7: feeling SUPER light 😅 Day 8: started doing this excersize as well as a removing butt fat workout everyday! Me personally, i struggle with reach throws, and knee tuck crunches most ❤

Day 1: kinda exhausted, but I'm proud that I finished it Day 2: Day 3: felling better but still kinda exhausted Day 4: Day 5: It's becoming less exhausted but it still exhausts me a little. Loved this routine. Hits every spot. I loved that you separate the standing and lower exercises and not combine them. Other workouts that tend to do that, I end up being dizzy from the back and forth. ❤

Remember that in leg raises raise only so much without losing alignment of your body. Also, keeping feet flexed and knees locked will deepen the move.

Thanks for the encouraging comment. I love her videos. I always try to do 2 videos a day. 5-6× a week. At 59, having a good level of fitness gets more important than the scale. Hopefully I can lose 15-20 lbs in the process. I definitely feel better do these videos. Good luck and hang in there!

I first decided to do this exercise only for the purpose that I have two parties next week and I wanted to eat alot so I am losing weight just for that purpose but now I realized I should actually do exercise and a healthy diet since I want to be healthy for once. I will keep y'all updated, Along with this I am doing 2 other exercises so I hope to see results. Maybe I wont exercise on the party days and my exams are not confirmed yet so I may also not do exercise in the days of my exam. One more thing to mention, I don’t have a weighing machine so I can only rely on physical results. So lets start. Day 1:✅ The exercises were exhausting but I managed to do all of them properly except for the superman one.(29/9/24) Day 2:✅ Today was easier to do but harder to start meaning that I was so exhausted from yesterdays exercise that I just wanted to skip today but after motivating myself to do it, I feel much better even my arms hurt less! The second day is always the hardest for me so I am glad I made it through! Today I ate more than yesterday since yesterday ate really less so I was having headaches, I am fine now though! (30/9/24) Day 3:✅ Todays workout was a lot easier than yesterday, even after the workout I feel so refreshed instead of being tired like usual! Unfortunately one of my close relative broke my device so now I have to relay on the T.V for exercise. My device will be fixed within a month but it caused a problem. Going back to the topic, Today I felt much more pressure on the muscles in my legs. Adding that I also felt less hungry especially since I only ate breakfast and 1/3 of a small cake. Also I changed one of my workouts which was muscle workout by Roberta and now it is 10 days lose fat challenge by Roberta since I want to focus more on losing now. (1/10/24) Day 4:✅ Just like yesterday today was refreshing and easy though I had taken a nap and woke up at 5 pm, I still did it cuz this time I am not giving up, Also a little update, my exams are official since next week, I am quite worried but I will try to do exercise everyday cuz I can study again for the finals but once I lose my progress, I dont start again bcz of lack of motivation. (2/10/24) Day 5:✅ (First party) I couldn't do it before the party so I tried doing it after but everyone kept bothering me, usually at the time of my exercise they're sleeping but although it was a struggle I managed to complete all of the exercises(Also I ate a lot at the function and to keep within my limit I had to skip dinner but it was okay since I was full anyway) (3/10/24) Day 6:❌ I was exhausted from yesterday especially since I didn't sleep early either and had to go to school today and some preparations for tomorrow's party so I was just overall tired and somewhat lazy but I guess a day of rest is needed for everyone but I am scared a bit since I was planning to rest tomorrow instead of today but we'll see also my exams got POSTPONDED! (4/10/24) Day 7:(My birthday party) Day 8: Day 9: Day 10:(My actual birthday) Day 11: Day 12: Notice: My exams are near and I got a little lost in food so I was unable to do these exercises, I may shift to a 1000 calories workout by Roberta since I mostly want to lose fat, Maybe I will come back but it's likely not since the other workout is for over an hour. Okay so I m back It's 28 October now, My exams are gone and there is a wedding in a month so I am gaining motivation to lose weight for that. Over the time I left, I ate ALOT of junk food so my weight had probably increased since then. Day 1:✅ Today was really hard like any typical first day but I need to do this cuz I've gained some weight and I am afraid I wouldnt fit in to the expensive wedding dress my mother and aunt bought. (28/10/24) Day 2:✅ Done, Today I felt my body lighter than usual which is a good sign since just a few days ago, I felt I couldn't walk even a bit. (29/10/24) Day 3:❌ I couldnt do it today since some symptoms of my illness started hurting me also cuz I was a bit lazy as there was no tasks from school. (30/10/24) Day 4:

So here i am I'm starting this 30 mins workout along with gymming its my first day to do this session of 30 mins with roberta but i have followed her 10 mins morning routine for warm up in initial dayss so heres my reviewsss Day 1 - it was a josh filled day of workout i was not so perfect at some but did a pretty good job .....huhh my arms are hurting lil bit but thats okay😅 So day 2 :- it was good.. able to do lil more perfect legs are hurtinggg but yeah it is better than day 1st Stay tuned.......! Hi TheMooon2007! Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!💪

Yes girls I was weighing 211 pounds and I started doing this exercise over two weeks now. And now am weighing 165 pounds. And still a little bit confused. Asking myself can I loose so much in such a little while. Even wanted to speak to my doctor to see if anything is wrong with me.
