For me this my fav core workout as IN, I still remember doing diff ab workout and still dissappointed in the end then I've learned this channel and so surprise, my waist snatched and I can flex my abs already hehe😮 Trust the process and it took time but consistency is the key.❤❤

I love this workout but I cannot for the life of me hold my weight on my wrist for more than a few seconds, it hurts so much. Ive tried everything from stretching beforehand, adding more cushion etc, im also at a healthy weight. Does anyone have any modifications or solutions for me?

You can drop down to the elbow for side plank or other variations - there are also wrist guards you can buy to physically support the joint.

I really love your workouts but what’s really challenging is when you put several ads in the middle of your workout and I have to stop and click skip the ad. Can’t you find a better way to monetize this video?
