guys this is honest results. I did this for about a month or two and all i can say is WOW. THIS WORKOUT GAVE ME 11 ABS THAT SHOW THROUGH. I ate a bit healthier. Just cutting out less sweet stuff. THIS ALSO GAVE ME AN HOURGLASS WAISST. It made it more cinched. It went inwards quite a bit at the sidessss. I only did this workout. START RIGHT NOW AND KEEP CONSISTENT YOU WONT REGRET IT✊🏾✊🏾

I started working out two years ago, im 16 as of now. But trust me when i tell you, you will get stronger. When I started out with lilly I found it very difficult. And now i do multiple workouts of hers on my rest days to stay active! It gets easier trust me and you will definitely see results! Keep going guys! Proud of ya'll!!

the workouts KILLED ME but !!! i was able to see instant results as soon as i finished my line going down the middle of my upper stomach was more prominent!! i will keep you guys updated ! today is my first day trying this! Day 1- not bad it was pretty good although i burned the skin off my elbows😭 (middle ab line more prominent ! ) Day 2- workout was a bit harder to get through because i was immensely sore but my stomach looked better and even flatter Day 3- got through the workout a bit easier middle stomach line more prominent Day 4- 11 line abs are coming in!! i can see them more clearer now (i’m doing this 11 line ab workout and another 10 minute video one)

Had to do quite a lot of modifications on this one, as some of the exercises were not actually useful for abs and could be quite harmful to neck&back, so def not for beginners who dont know much about ab training, but some were ok and I'm glad there were no repeats.

I love your workouts, they are hard work which is why I love them! However, I am 10 weeks postpartum and had a c-section so any crunches or plank are a no for me right now. Could you do a workout geared to postpartum mommies?

i know this is a late response, but she has some low burn workouts which still help and are easy on the stomach if thats what your looking for! i havent had a c-section before but i do those workouts on my period and they dont hurt as much.

Starting 8/2/23 Age- 13 Weight-37kg Goal- I just wanna be a bit toned and have those sexy abs like kpop idols(not a kpop fan but like stil - day 1✅️(absolutely terrible) I barely survived and I couldn't complete the exercises - day 2 ✅️(a bit better but I skipped the last 2 exercises) it was easier than yesterday I am not expecting major results before 1 or 2 weeks

Hey Uhm i just wanted to like ask for help So like idk when I workout my stomachs normal like even early in the morning it’s normal But then after I workout like 2 mins later it’s like im a Fricken balloon idk And like by the evening it’s like I’ve had an entire gallon of soda But im not even eating😭😭😭 If you have any idea wths going on please lmk

@@simrahmohammed4613 First off, you should be eating. A consistent, healthy diet is key. You could be experiencing bloating. It's normal to bloat and this could be because of eating, water intake, and menstrual cycle. I feel like it's nothing to worry about. 💗

these workouts WORK SO MUCH you will feel the burn but so toned an after few days you will feel muscles

Ab sculpting begins! Day 1-done. That last one gonna burn tomorrow! Day 2 - done Day 3-done REST DAY Day 4 - done Day 5-done + starting compound movements too MUSCLES HURTS, DAY BREAK Day 6-done Day 7-done DAY BREAK Day 8-done Day 9-done Day 10-done Day 11 - done. Noticed 2nd level ab line becoming more prominent. Day 12-done Day 13-done REST DAY Restarting this after a month break Day 1 done Day 2 done Day 3-done REST DAY Day 4 done Day 5-done REST DAY - headache Day 6-done Day 7-done PROCEEDING WITH A DIFFERENT VIDEO!!

WOW THAT HURTS! im gonna try to do this for 2 weeks. starting July 27 day 1 ✅ hurts a lotttttt day 2 ✅hurt but easier day 3✅hurts but feel core getting stronger day 4 ✅ still huts a lot day 5 ✅ core is stronger still hurts day 6❌ took a break bc not good to do it everyday day 7❌- wayyyyyy to busy but went to an obstacle course on the water so I def got my workout in
