This is an active recovery workout where we will get pilates and barre inspired moves from a standing position to get our hearts pumping and strengthen those muscles!

I've got to be honest, nearly skipped this one, as I've never been a 'pilates inspired' workout kind of person. But am so glad I didn't. I absolutely loved this. My heart rate was up in the first couple of minutes and sweat was pouring! Plus it definitely challenged my balance!! Thank you Amy

First workout after an 18 day trip hiking in 5 different National Parks in the US and Canada. This was a perfect workout to get me back into it. My heart was pumping and my arms are really feeling it. Heading out on another trip (visiting family) in two days but after that trip I will be able to get back to doing the daily calendar. I miss it but know that my hikes have been great workouts, too. Thank you, Amy!

What a burner 🥵🥵It was intense. Arms & Legs started burning right after 5 mins of this workout. It required a lot of balance so it was a great workout for core and so many moves were for mobility. So although not mentioned in the title, this truly was a great core & mobility workout too. LOVED it! Thanks a ton Amy! 💛💛🤗🤗

Jumped ahead and did this one today since I'm not feeling well. It was the perfect way to get my body moving without having to work hard. I enjoyed the moves and actually worked up a decent sweat lol. Just what I needed today, thank you Amy! :)

"New" favorite pilates workout! Loved the side lunge sequence. Too sore from this amazing challenge to do the regular lunges each time but I did what I could!
