I hope you all have had an amazing week so far! I haven't posted a workout on here in awhile so I thought this was very much needed for you guys. I always get so many questions on how to elongate your body through pilates, and it truly comes down to your posture. Our posture and how we hold ourselves up throughout the day plays a major role on not only our physical appearance, but can also help uplift our confidence levels and boost overall mood!
This gentle pilates flow focuses on improving your posture by stretching and strengthening your back, shoulders, and core to stabilize and re-align. It's optional to use light hand weights, I encourage you to always adjust based on your needs.
