Hi guys,
I hope you all have had an amazing week so far! I haven't posted a workout on here in awhile so I thought this was very much needed for you guys. I always get so many questions on how to elongate your body through pilates, and it truly comes down to your posture. Our posture and how we hold ourselves up throughout the day plays a major role on not only our physical appearance, but can also help uplift our confidence levels and boost overall mood!
This gentle pilates flow focuses on improving your posture by stretching and strengthening your back, shoulders, and core to stabilize and re-align. It's optional to use light hand weights, I encourage you to always adjust based on your needs.

Oh my God , Sanne , just what I needed post coming back from a heavy menstrual flow. My back was feeling so tight and this pilates flow of strength and stretch is making me feel so good now. Please keep doing what you do. Love you and your content 😊❤

Nice class! Easy, but effective! I liked the pace and diversity of movements. The transitions in the beginning were a little quick, but this is a workout I could do daily or frequently, so now I know what to expect.

Hi Sanne, I realized something if you paint the wall behind a little bit darker it will be more accessible for people with visual difficulties. I am saying that because you are usually wearing light clothes. Also, thank you for sharing such beautiful content. Love you! 🤍

I like when instructors wear white leggings or are bare-legged because sometimes the movements get lost with dark colored leggings. But yes, white on white can be hard to see, as well.

Hey Sanne, I think I have an unconventional problem! The intensity of the workout is totally fine for me, but despite having the softest and thickest yoga mat on earth, I still get strong pains from putting my weight on things like knees, palms of my hands, shoulder blades, hips, etc. What would be your tip for this? I do have the strenght for things like planks, but for example my hands just won't cooperate in taking my weight. I am not overweight, so I really don't know how my body could be to heavy :(

Hi! I'm sorry to hear this, our bodies are all so different! It could be too your joints are just a little more sensitive.. maybe try a softer surface under the mat such as carpet or outside in the grass? I also have workouts on my platform that are knee-friendly and wrist-friendly for this problem! Hope this helps! x

Only appreciate the travel vlogs and cooking. Your exercises are so unrelatable. Your very long figure which forms all kinds of angles just doesn't relate to an average body type.
