Who doesn't love pound cakes? I do too. But how to have a pound cake while being on a calorie deficit diet? Well! I got you covered in that case.
Make this incredibly soft, yummy and fluffy low calorie vanilla sponge cake without oil and baking powder/soda. Use this low calorie pound cake in various low calorie desserts or enjoy it on its own.
🌸 Ingredients
Egg: 1, small
Sweetener: 3 tablespoons
Oat or any flour: 1.5-2 tablespoons
Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoons (optional but recommended)
The whole recipe has 100-110 calories.
🌸Caramel version
Heat 3 tablespoons of swerve or allulose in a pan and add 1.5 tablespoons of water. Stir and heat until caramelized.
Or just add the sugar free caramel sauce and add that.
Or just skip it at all 😅
Also, the cake pan I used is 4''.
