Seitdem ich dir Folge liebe Katrin hat für mich Kreativität eine neue Dimension bekommen 😀‼️👍ich liebe diese aktiven Pausen zwischendurch 👍und wenn ich mal nicht so springen kann wie du ,nehme ich einfach eine Alternative habe ich früher auch nicht gemacht es gibt ja Burpees oder Squad jump oder mountain klimbers. ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den Mittwoch das wird bestimmt der Wahnsinn danke für die heutige workout 👏

This was tough. I did the active rest up to 50% of the workout and then needed the rest without moving at all (my bmp went up to 183 😅). It was really challenging, I think the most challenging cardio workout I have ever done. I was sick for a week and resumed working out just lifting weights for the past week. It has been 2 weeks now that I havent done any exclusive cardio and I was really astonished how quick my stamina deteriorated. I still managed to finish it but I had to pause in between and I really needed those 15 seconds rest. I loved that it was all standing so I can add this to any leg day workout without compromising my workout schedule which is upper body the next day.
