Well that was deceptive! Loved the glute activation exercises at the start - great to have a bit of variation. Stops me going into autopilot (and potentially bad form)

PJ!!! This was amazing. 25 minutes for myself during the week of Thanksgiving!!!! I feel great and y stress level has reduced. BTW, your abs look amaze balls when you're doing that quad stretch at the end ♨

On the calendar, it would be great if you gave to leg option videos this or that. I don't have a chair, box, or stair in my studio apartment. :) And my Ikea couch is pretty flimsy. These aren't your problems but if there is a different video that you have already made it would be great to know. I know you're doing your best though and appreciate it.

Hi Susan! I'm not sure I can add more workout alt on the calendar, however if an exercise comes up with a tool you don't have try doing a squat, wall sit, bridge, lunge or squat and heel lift.

Another great workout PJ. I thought my legs were strong but that one legged squat on my coffee table is HARD. I subbed the seated one leg squat--also hard but not HARD. :) Question: What booty band do you recommend? I don't have one but found the glute activator to work regardless. Thanks!

Great workout, looks like I've got jelly legs for the day! George is just like my old GSD who wasn't fussed much about eating around the 2yo mark. Except sausages, he would still steal sausages off the grill/BBQ !

Great workout but more importantly, your outfit is fabulous! Oh, and not the best idea for me to do the hip thrusts on my big ol’ medicine ball. Thought it would be soft and comfortable to lean against but didn’t think about how id be rolling around like a jellybean 😉

Rather than circle of life, you can coin it as circle of exercise...think about, do it, curse PJ, pay it forward (i.e. share the pain and recommend to someone else), thank PJ, recover, repeat. Suggestion from a 3 year and counting faithful Patreon.
