Well that was deceptive! Loved the glute activation exercises at the start - great to have a bit of variation. Stops me going into autopilot (and potentially bad form)

On the calendar, it would be great if you gave to leg option videos this or that. I don't have a chair, box, or stair in my studio apartment. :) And my Ikea couch is pretty flimsy. These aren't your problems but if there is a different video that you have already made it would be great to know. I know you're doing your best though and appreciate it.

Hi Susan! I'm not sure I can add more workout alt on the calendar, however if an exercise comes up with a tool you don't have try doing a squat, wall sit, bridge, lunge or squat and heel lift.

Another great workout PJ. I thought my legs were strong but that one legged squat on my coffee table is HARD. I subbed the seated one leg squat--also hard but not HARD. :) Question: What booty band do you recommend? I don't have one but found the glute activator to work regardless. Thanks!
